The stainless steel or nickel-plated, all-steel kettle wipes clean with a dry cloth, and the kettle cover comes apart easily with tab and pin design. Digital temperature readout is included. The pedestal has a stainless steel welded design. Options include salt/sweet switch, One-Pop that automates the kettle, and One-Pop with counter which counts the number of cycles. 960 one ounce servings per hour.
