SaniServ CTS Check, Test and Start Service Double Barrel Machines

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser at the original Installation location, and is only good if customer: (1) purchases and completes Check, Test and Start (CTS) service for single-barrel machines and double barrel machines (2) returns the fully completed CTS warranty registration form to SaniServ within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase by the original purchaser-user but not to exceed eighteen (18) months from date of shipment from factory.
