Optional Ice Bins
The Kold-Draft GBX1064AC X-series ice machine head can make 1,075 pounds of ice if the incoming water is 50 degrees Fahrenheit and the surrounding air is 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Its air-cooled condenser does not require a constant water flow to work like water-cooled condensers do, and the large, full-size cubes displace a lot of water and melt slowly to reduce the amount needed to fill a glass. The Kold-Draft GBX1064AC ice maker forms cubes by running water over the evaporator grid. Water collects and freezes in the grid, before it's released into an ice bin that can be purchased separately. A bin stores ice and keeps it ready to use, while the unit itself has a rust-resistant stainless steel frame with black panels and plastic louvers. Staff members can switch the machine on and off or turn it to a cleaning setting. An LCD display on the front keeps users up to date with what's going on.
