This airpot has a stainless steel liner and body. Uses the same lid and stem as a glass lined unit. American Glass Research requested to evaluate and perform heat retention testing on APS2G. The results of the heat retention testing indicated that the water temperature in the item experienced an approximate 23ºF drop over a 6 hour monitoring period. ETL Sanitation Listed.
