Use either the Accumeter Oil Pump system (#2114) or the Bag in a Box (#2257H) pump. This model is designed for the front counter with the neon sign on the customer side. Features the "Big Eye" Heat Control system which eliminates thermostat problems and provides the operator with both a visual light and a buzzer to alert you when it is time to dump the kettle.
