Pappy's is the latest taste in big profits! Pappy's Kettle Corn Mix blends the perfect sweet and salt balance. All Pappy's Mixes listed can be made directly in any proper kettle.
Directions:
- Add the oil and the corn to the kettle.
- Wait about 45 seconds to 1 minute, and then add the Pappy's Mix in the ratio of 2/3 Pappy's Mix to 1 part corn. For example, in an 8-oz. kettle you would use 8 oz. of corn and about 5 to 5.5 oz. of Pappy's Mix.
- Once it's finished popping, dump the kettle and lightly salt the corn.
Keep in mind, the color of the oil will tint your kettle corn. If you're looking for yellow finish you can use our Mega Pop® Portion Pack Kits. Or, if you would like a lighter color, use our White Coconut Oil Kits.
If you use regular Flavocol, it contains yellow coloring. Therefore, do not add the salt into the kettle if you want a lighter color kettle corn. Instead, use our #2070 DC salt and sprinkle it on right after you dump the batch. The sugar coating will still be hot enough for the salt to stick to it.
