was designed to allow easy access to all the options in our products and accessories lines. We have attempt to make shipping and returns as painless as possible.

General Returns
Defective products must be returned within 30 days after the product was purchased (this time varies for some manufactures). You must call for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number PRIOR to returning any items purchased through us. We will not accept any returns without a RGA.
If Cuda Family of Websites finds that any product returned is not defective, such product shall be shipped back to buyer at their expense. Products returned within 30 days that are not damaged and conform to our returns policy are subject to a twenty-five (25%) percent re-stocking charge plus the return shipping charges; if returned products are accepted and retained by Cuda Coffee Company.
Warranty as provided by manufactures.
Commercial Products Returns and Limited Warranty
No returns on commercial products except for defective equipment. Defective Products must be returned within 30 days after the product was purchased. You must call for a return goods authorization (RGA) number. We will not accept any returns without an RGA.
If Cuda Family of Websites finds that any products returned is not defective, such products shall be shipped back to the buyer at their expense or products returned within 30 days that conform to the invoice and are not damaged shall be subject to a twenty-five (25%) percent re-stocking charge plus the return shipping charges if the products are accepted and retained by Cuda Coffee Company. All sales of commercial products are considered a sale to a business. We do not sell commercial to individuals.
Limited warranty applies on all commercial products in the United States. Cuda Family of Websites honors manufacture warranties for parts (not labor) for a period of one year from date of purchase.
Other Limitations and Exclusions:
Any implied warranties including fitness for use and merchantability are express warranty set for the above and no person is authorized to assume for Cuda Family of Websites any other liability in connection with the sale of the products. Cuda Family of Websites expressly disclaims liability for incidental and consequential damages caused by the machine. The terms "incidental damages" refer to the loss of the original purchaser's time, loss of the use of the products or other costs relating to the care and custody of the machine. The terms "consequential damages" refer to the cost of repairing or replacing other property which is damaged when this product does not work properly. The remedies provided under this warranty are exclusive and in lieu of all others. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Any issues involving this these terms and the purchase of commercial products shall be governed by the laws of the state of Florida and any person purchasing commercial products from Cuda Family of Websites agrees that any lawsuit shall be litigated in state of Florida.
We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. Possible reasons for cancellation include, but are not limited to the following:
- Potentially fraudulent order. Before shipping orders, we run a check to make sure they are legitimate. If the check fails, we may cancel your order.
- Typo/Incorrect pricing. Due to the constant updating and uploading of new and existing products, pricing and information on the web site. Therefore, we reserve the right to remove any item from any order and provide a full refund to the customer for that item.
- Non-Payment. If payment is not received within a reasonable amount of time (currently 30 days) after the order has been placed, we may cancel an order without notice.

Taxes
Cuda Family of Websites has a physical location in the state of Florida. The tax rate for Florida will apply as follows, no sales tax on orders shipped outside of Florida except certain manufactures that we do business with and have headquarters in that state. In this case the order may be taxed the state rate that we are shipping to. Other taxes may apply to countries outside the US.

Shipping
Our standard shipping rates apply to the lower 48 states in the US. If you are outside this area you may be charged an additional shipping fee only to cover the cost of shipping your item. Shipping Charges are an Estimate Only. Charges may be revised to accommodate over weight, over sized and shipping destinations.
Please check your shipment at time of delivery to be sure there are no damages to your order. If there is damage make sure the shipper notes the damage and gives you a copy of that information. If there is major damage to your order, DO NOT ACCEPT THE DELIVERY! Call Cuda at 866-411-2832 for additional help. If you accept and sign for a delivery and there is damage to your order, we will not be able to process a damage claim with the shipper and or replace the item. Please feel free to contact us for any further information.
Orders are shipped UPS, Federal Express, USPS or Common truck carrier, usually 24-48 hours after receipt of order. The exception to this is if the equipment is built to order.
Free shipping and handling, if offered, available in Continental (except Alaska) U.S. only. Availability of select products vary and quantities may be limited.
10:00 AM Eastern Time is the Cut Off for Expedited Shipping.
